Three to six players each take on the role of one of seventeen distinct factions vying for galactic domination through military might, political maneuvering, and economic bargaining. Many paths lead to victory, but only one faction may sit upon the throne of Mecatol Rex as the new masters of the universe.

-17 Asymmetric Factions: Every faction offers a completely different play experience, from the wormhole-hopping Ghosts of Creuss to the Emirates of Hacan, the undisputed masters of trade and economics.
-A Galaxy Crafted by You: No two games are ever identical. The board is uniquely and strategically constructed each time using 51 galaxy tiles featuring everything from lush new planets and supernovas to asteroid fields and gravity rifts.
-Strategic & Political Depth: Each round begins with players selecting one of eight strategy cards that determine player order and grant unique abilities. After moving fleets and engaging in warfare, players gather in a grand galactic council to vote on new laws and agendas, shaking up the game in unpredictable ways.
-Dynamically Changing Goals: Play continues until a player reaches ten victory points on the track. Points are scored by completing a mix of public and secret objectives, which can range from researching high-tier technologies to taking your neighbor's home system.
